Definition
Specifies the date on which the administrative receiver creates a request for the attachment of the liquidated collateral. By this process, the administrative receiver restricts the rights of the owner on the collateral.
Note: The administrative receiver is required to create a special report on the attachment of the liquidated collateral. If such a report does not exist, the administrative receiver must request for attachment of the collateral.
