Definition
Specifies the value fixed by a district court for the collateral object. Normally, the district court appoints an appraiser to determine the market value for a collateral object in liquidation.
Use
This amount can be used for determining the differential between the market value fixed by the district court and the last market value (or lending value) fixed by the bank. This value can also be used for calculating the 5/10 and 7/10 limit values. The market value must be entered for liquidation measure type - Foreclosure sale.
Along with the market value, you must also specify the date on which the market value was fixed.
