Definition

Specifies if the collateral object is an accessory on a main real estate object.

Use

Set the value of this indicator to Yes, to specify that the collateral object is an accessory on a land charge.

Note: Collateral objects transferred as part of a land charge must be declared as accessories.

Dependencies

If you set this indicator to Yes, then when you create a transfer agreement for the collateral object, you must also set the indicator Accessory Liability. Further, you must check if the value is appropriate (set to zero).

Note: An accessory on a land charge reduces the value of the collateral object. Additionally, for this accessory, you must create a prior charge on the land charge.
