Set this indicator to specify that the collateral agreement (and its portion) are used as temporary collateral in another collateral agreement.

Dependencies

If you set this indicator to Yes, then the process of collateral value calculation is different from that of a normal collateral agreement. In the scenario of a transitional collateral, the following intermediary calculations are performed to calculate the available collateral value:

• Resource value = (minimum of the assessment value of the transitional collateral or its lending limit - prior charges - special discount)
• Restricted resource value = collateral right of the transitional collateral .
