Definition

Specifies the value type of the collateral agreement that must be considered for all calculations purposes

Use

The system calculates the assessment value of a collateral agreement based on the value type. The standard system provides the following valuation types to choose from:

• Assessment amount (if assessment amount is specified in the collateral agreement)
• Percentage asset value (if asset part amount or percentage is specified. For example, in the case of pledges, the collateral agreement value is specified as a percentage of the asset value)
• Percentage receivable value (as in the case of guarantees)
