Specifies the periodic reduction in the value of a guarantee.

Note: Under normal circumstances, the value of guarantees reduces over a period of time. This reduction is independent of the repayment of the receivable. Therefore, the amount and frequency of reduction are agreed upon in the collateral agreement.

Example

For example, a guarantee may have a reduction of 25% after four years for the next two years.
