Use

The heritable building rights details are part of the non-collateral rights that exist on a collateral agreement. These rights influence monetary rights but cannot be used as collateral rights.

Note: In Germany, non-collateral rights refer to monetary charges of land register section II. Monetary charges of land register section III must be maintained in the category real estate lien, while non-monetary section II charges must be maintained in Collateral Management land register.
