Use
Set this indicator to specify a right to terminate the collateral agreement. Both the collateral taker and the collateral giver can exercise the right to terminate the collateral agreement. Some possible reasons for terminating a collateral agreement can be:
- Expiry of the validity period of the collateral agreement.
- The agreement is closed with the termination or repayment of the loan.
- The bank (collateral taker) waives off the loan.
The termination details of the collateral agreement are used to meet the requirements from Basel II framework.
