Use
Set this indicator for a guarantee for which the guarantee amount is calculated using the default rate of guarantee.
Value of default liability guarantee = minimum from (receivable value * guarantee rate) and (nominal amount of the guarantee) and [(receivable value - possible default) * default rate].
Dependencies
If you set this indicator, then you must set the least priority to the collateral agreement, amongst all collaterals in a data constellation. In the event of liquidation, the collateral agreement with default liability will be used with the least priority.
