Definition

Specifies the percentage of a loan amount that the owner must save, for the savings bank to approve the loan amount.

Use

The savings sum percentage is applied on the nominal value of a collateral object to derive the building savings amount. In the event of a transfer of the claim, the bank would have a business need to know how much of the total agreement is already saved.

Dependencies

The savings sum is determined as a percentage of the nominal value of a collateral object.

Example

For example, if the savings sum is 50%, then the owner of the loan must show to the bank, a savings of 50% (of the nominal value of the collateral object), to avail of the 100% loan.
