Documentation
Definition
Specifies the legal status of the special arrangement.
Use
You can use the legal statuses Active and Inactive to specify if a special arrangement is confirmed or it has expired. Additionally, you must also enter the date from which the special arrangement is valid. This is to signify the correct validity of the special arrangement.
NOTE : The status of the special arrangement does not influence the status of the land charge.
Dependencies
Example
In the scenario of Notary Declaration, the special arrangement is set to the status Active, on receipt of the notary declaration. Once the land charge is registered, the notary declaration becomes invalid; you must then change the status to Inactive.
