Definition

Creates the pay grade name in your salary structures. In the salary structure, the prefix is followed by a number from 01 - nn depending on how many pay grades you have in your structure.

Example

You have decided to have six pay grades in your salary structure and you want all your pay grades to start with the letters GRD.

Enter GRD in this field. When you generate your salary structure, the system creates the following pay grades:

GRD01
GRD02
GRD03
GRD04
GRD05
GRD06
