Definition
Determines which method you use to select employees for compensation administration.
Use
If you want to process the employees in the organizational unit(s) that you are responsible for, select Processor view and choose Line manager.
If you want to process employees for which you are compensation line manager, choose the Processor view and enter Compensation line manager.
If you want to process other organizational units for which you are not defined as line manager or compensation line manager, for example, you are the personnel administrator, select Organizational unit and enter an organizational unit.
If you want to process a particular organizational unit or select your employees by other criteria, choose Ad hoc query and make the necessary selections.
