Use
This is an additional field for infotype 0008 Basic Pay. You can use it in SAP Query or Ad Hoc Query as a selection and output field.
Dependencies
Your settings in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Compensation Management determine whether the maximum amount for the pay grade or pay grade level is displayed in this field.
If you require further information, access the IMG for Compensation Management and choose Reports --> Determine Calculation of Compa-Ratio.
