Definition
Indicates whether expired, forfeited, or canceled awards can be redistributed to other employees.
Example
As part of a long-term incentive plan, the shareholders have approved the distribution of 5,000,000 shares. 4,000,000 shares are already distributed (according to T71LP2-SDSTR). Awards for 500,000 shares have expired.
- If this field is selected, only 3,500,000 are distributed, leaving 1,500,000 still distributable.
- If the field is not selected, 4,000,000 are distributed, and 1,000,000 are therefore still distributable.
