Documentation
Definition
Determines which functions are available for processing the budget units.
Compensation Management uses the following statuses:
- Planned
You can create budget units and allocate funds to them - Released
You can no longer change the budget amounts/quantities. The budgets can now be used by Compensation Administration.
Procedure
You can only set the budget status for an entire budget structure.
You cannot change from one budget status to another as you please. The possible combinations are predefined in the system.
