Specifies the month the system considers the employee's appraisal in order to determine eligibility.
Use
Enter the month in this field and enter the day that the system is to read the employee's appraisal in the Key date for reading appraisal model field.
For adjustments, the system uses the year from the start date of the planning period. For appraisals, the system uses the year from the start of the validity period.
