Definition

Specifies a prerequisite for internally managed grants.

Use

You can assign the prerequisite type for a specific grant to an internally managed grant in student master data. To do so, choose the details of the internally managed grant on the Grant Assignment tab page.

Each prerequisite type can have a quantitative requirement and a maximum of two qualitative requirements. These enable you to map sponsor specifications, like registration in a specific program or module, or completion of certain number of credits in the system.

The standard system contains the following prerequisite types:

• Minimum number of credits (contains a quantitative requirement)
• Specified program booked (contains a qualitative requirement)
• Specified module booked (contains a qualitative requirement)
• Minimum number of credits in a module (contains a quantitative and a maximum of two qualitative requirements)
