Use

A student grant can have several different statuses during processing. You define the statuses of each grant on the Grant Assignment tab page in student master data.

Dependencies

Grants Management System

You require specific statuses for grants which are

• managed internally with the Campus Management system (see also: Define Grant Statuses for Internal Management System)
• managed externally (see also: Define Grant Statuses for External Management System)

Grant Evaluation Mode

You can specify an evaluation mode for grant statuses of internally managed grants. During grant evaluation, the system uses the grant status to determine which evaluation mode is allowed for a grant.

Posting Document

The grant status is one of several attributes the system uses to derive the document type, and the main transaction and subtransaction.
