Definition

This flag determines how eligibility percentage is treated while
processing claims for dependents.

Example:

If dependent eligibility is 80% of employee's eligibile amount of
$1000:

Case 1: Flag is set to 'for each dependent'
- In this case, each individual eligible family member of an
employee is entitled to claim upto $800.

Case 2: Flag is set to 'for whole family'
- In this case, the total entitlement for an employee's whole
family is $800.
