Definition

The external application ID is retrieved at the collaboration platform when registering the given application.

Use

If collaborating with SAP Jam, you must register the application at the relevant Jam server. The resulting ID must be entered in table CLB2C_APPL_PLATF.

Dependencies

If application-based identification via OAuth is necessary, the OAuth consumer token and secret that can be retrieved at SAP Jam must also be registered at the on-premise system.
The token (key) shall be maintained at CLB2C_APPL_PLATF, whereas the secret must be stored at the Secure Store;
the SSF application must be maintained at CLB2C_APPL_PLATF-SSFAPPL.
