Definition
Name of the processing clerk responsible for changing the insurance object.
Use
If changes are made to the insurance object with Direct Input, RFC module or BAPI, you can enter the name of the processing clerk who actually made the change (in an operational system, for example) in this field.
For changes with Direct Input, RFC module or BAPI, the person defined as standard as responsible for making changes (defined as a technical user) is not normally the responsible processing clerk. Instead, it is normally the user responsible for data transfer, such as an administrator.
Note
In the change history for the insurance object, the system displays the technical user and the business user, so that you can trace the changes.
Dependencies
The user name for the business user must be created in the Collections/Disbursements system.
