Use

There are two possibilities:

B :    Only applies to people living in Belgium and to people not living

    in Belgium but having a residence in Belgium during the whole

    taxable period.

    In tax calculation both categories are considered residents.

E :    Applies to people not living in Belgium and having no residence

    in Belgium during the whole taxable period.

    People belonging to this category will be considered as

    non-residents in tax calculation.
