Definition
Indicates the sequential file number for the Belcotax declaration. This number is used to ensure the correct processing sequence of Belcotax files.
Use
You use this field to assign a unique number to Belcotax declarations.
If no value is specified, the system automatically assigns a number to the relevant Belcotax declaration.
This automatic numbering can be overwritten by entering a value in this field.
By default, the value for this field is '1', which corresponds to the first file. You can increment the numbering automatically by setting the Increment 0.12 automatically indicator.
Dependencies
The value of this field is retrieved by the BELCOTAX - Yearly Income Declaration (RPCBWAB0) report when you create the yearly income declaration.
The value is stored in the Numbering (0.012) field of the header record. Note, the first zero (0.) refers to record 0 and the 012 means that it is the field 12 of this record.
