Definition
Together with the Personnel Area Reporting, a personnel subarea Reporting represents the company to the outside, in terms of a particular business context. Usually several Personnel Areas / Personnel Subareas are grouped together.
There are four different ways to define a personnel area Reporting:
- Group together all personnel areas / subareas to make one personnel area Reporting.
- Do not group together: each personnel area / subarea is an independent personnel area Reporting.
- Group together using characteristic, for example: DZUBT
- Group together using the view V_T596N.
Example
You can, for example, group several personnel subareas to make one place of work in terms of income tax.
Use
When you create a statement, the system adds the sender and the company number of the personnel area Reporting.
