Definition
This is the central entity in the Benefits Point Systems (BPS) together with the point account.
It consolidates all business rules such as limits, options etc. that define a request.
The BPS administrator can create multiple request types of the same request category. The HR clerk or the employees can then create multiple requests of one request type.
