Definition
This field indicates whether it is the employee or the employer who will pay for the points that exceed the account balance.
If you flag this field, the employee will pay the excess points and the excess points will be the reimbursement points and get converted into a deduction amount.
If you do not flag this field, the employee does not need to pay for the excess points but the employer will pay for it. The fields Deduction amount and Purchase points under the heading Negative balance occurs in the Benefit Request Infotype 0718 will be zero; however, the fields Excess amount and Excess points will be filled.
