Definition
This is the benefit point prorating method used for newly hired employee.
There are five methods:
- Do not prorate
- Basic points prorated by month
- Basic points prorated by calendar day
- Total points prorated by month
- Total points prorated by calendar day
If you want to do prorating by your own requirement, you choose the method "Do not prorate", then create the new prorating method.
