Definition
This defines the maximum percentage of initial balance points to be deducted per time unit.
If you enter both the maximum points to be deducted in the previous field and maximum percentage of initial balance points to be deducted in this field, when the maximum points are not equal to the calculated points by using the percentage, then the deducted points number should be the minor one of these two point number.
For example, in the maximum points to be deducted field, you input 50. In the maximum percentage of initial balance points to be deducted field, you input 10%, the points to be deducted = initial balance points 400 * 10%, the number is 40.
As a result, the points to be deducted will be 40.
