Definition
Defines the payroll month used for the assessment of the special payment.
Use
If you want to use an assessment month that differs from the month predefined in the system (table T5D7Q), enter the alternative assessment month here.
Further notes
If you do not enter an assessment month here, the system uses the month entered in table T5D7Q as the assessment month. If an employee is hired during the month and not at the start of the month (for example, on the 15th of the assessment month), the system automatically uses the next complete month as the assessment month.
Examples
- In accordance with the BAT (collective agreement for public sector employees), an employee is hired on December 01 and is entitled to a special payment because he or she was previously employed in the Public Sector. For this reason, you force the special payment and enter December as the assessment month.
- An employee leaves the company on August 31 and receives a partial payment. You force the special payment and enter August as both the assessment month and the payment month.
