Note

If dual control is active, every condition newly created or changed must be released by a second user.

If unreleased conditions are selected for balancing or for another transaction, this transaction is cancelled and incorrect.

If you change this indicator from yes to no, note that conditions not released so far cannot be released until you have reset the indicator.
