Definition
The available balance series number.
The available balance series number is calculated sequentially for each account when an allowance is created in the database.
If the display field is empty, the withdrawal sequence balance (allowance balance) is only temporarily calculated and not yet created in the database.
The system uses the available balance series number:
- When it posts a special interest allowance amount
- When it saves an amount notice
- When a withdrawal allowance is first utilized.
