Definition

The state in which the payment item / payment order is. The following values are possible:

  • In postprocessing: The item was entered but has not yet been posted, for example, because an error occurred during posting.
  • Control (dual control): The item was entered but must be released by another person.
  • Posted: The item was posted in the normal way.
  • Posted (open item): The item was posted to an account with open item administration, for example, a CpD (suspense) account.
  • Deleted: The item has been deleted. This is only possible for items that have never been posted.
  • Reversed: The item has been posted once but has been reversed by another item.
  • Returned: The item is posted, but has been returned, meaning that a return item has been created for this item.
  • Deleted, dual control: The item was deleted from the release procedure, the deletion must be released or rejected.
  • Parked, deleted, dual control: The item was parked and deleted, the deletion must be released or rejected.
  • Reversed, dual control: The item was reversed, the reversal must be released or rejected.
  • Returned, dual control: The item was returned, the return must be released or rejected.
