Definition

The term start is the date on which the term agreement is fixed and interest is calculated.

The term start can be overwritten according to the activation of the product features.
The contract amount is fixed for the term start agreed upon in the feature Term start for each entry.

When the feature Term start for each value date-based account balance is activated, the term start is the date on which the value date-based account balance has reached the contract amount, or has exceeded it for the first time.
If appropriate, the agreed term start is thus checked and recalculated as part of end-of-day processing in the Fix Fixed-Term Deposit Accounts report.
