Definition

During cash concentration, the amounts determined are rounded off from this point. Rounding off can lead to the defined minimum balance being dropped below and the maximum balance being exceeded. The defined minimum transfer amount is not evaluated until after rounding off.

You can maintain the rounding off on the hierarchy when maintaining the hierarchy and at the start of cash concentration for all postings created there.
If a rounding off is maintained on the hierarchy, the initial screen of the cash concentration run does not take the rounding off into consideration for these hierarchies.

Examples for rounding off from the 4th point (i.e. the 4th digit from the right).

DEM 123.45 -> 120.00 "rounding off from digit '2'
DEM 125.12 -> 130.00
DEM 199.15 -> 200.00
DEM 996.18 -> 1000.00
DEM 8.12 -> 10.00
DEM 4.98 -> 0.00 "ie.e no transfer
ITL 123456 -> 123000 "rounding off from digit '3'
ITL 129876 -> 130000

All digits to the right of the specified point are always set to 0 and the specified point itself raised to 1, if the following digit is bigger than or equal to 5. For the digit 9, raising by 1 is transferred to the next higher digit.
