Definition

Specifies whether a postprocessing program for the archiving object has to be scheduled.

Use

You can select this checkbox if you have a large volume of data that must be processed and that could cause slow performance.

• If you select this checkbox, you have to execute the postprocessing program for the archiving object separately. You can either start the postprocessing program manually in transaction SARA or have it scheduled automatically, if set in Customizing in transaction AOBJ.
• If you do not select this checkbox, you do not need to start the postprocessing program.

Dependencies

The postprocessing program for the archiving object only operates on the database and can be executed separately if you encounter performance problems.
