The release status of a notice can have the following values:

A    Rejected

F    Released

Z    To be Released

SPACE    Dual control principle deactivated.

If the dual control principle has been activated, the notices receive the release status dual control principle deactivated. If the dual control principle is active, the other statuses can be used.
