Definition
Indicator showing if the payment method for hierarchies with external root accounts is changeable.
If external root accounts are possible for hierarchies, you must save additional data. For payment transactions, this includes, among other things, the payment method. The system normally determines and displays this.
If the user is to have the option of individually changing the payment method, this flag must be set.
