Definition
Time (hh:mm:ss), at which the posting cut-off for payment transactions is to automatically be executed every day.
If the values here are 00:00:00 or the entries are blank, you can make the posting cut-off manually (Periodic tasks-> Posting date-> Payment transactions) or using the program during the tasks for end of day balancing (Periodic tasks -> Posting date -> Payment transactions -> Batch).
