Documentation
Definition
The date of payment transactions as of which early balancing can be implemented.
Example: Date of early balancing: 12/27/1997
End date of period: 12/31/1997
Between 12/27 and 12/31 you can execute early balancing for accounts.
The date must be set at least one day in advance and is needed to identify postings to prior periods.
For early balancings, the period before the end of the period is balanced and the results posted.
Note
You must execute early balancing using the special function "Early balancing" and not using the normal account balancing function.
