Definition

There are two different cases:

1.Bank statements are created periodically for the account selected.
(the relevant settings are maintained in the account master data):

If there are items that have not been included in a statement, a last
statement in the old currency is created and issued as well as a statement after the currency conversion, independent of the indicators 'Create statement' and 'Print statement'.

2. Bank statements are not created periodically for the account selected:

a) If the indicator 'Print statement' is set:

The last statment in the old account currency is created as well as a statement after the currency conversion, therefore the statement data is saved and also issued.

b) The indicator is not set:

Dependent on the setting 'Create statement':

'Create statement' is set: The last statement in the old account currency is created as well as a statement after the currency conversion but they are not issued.

'Create statement' is not set: No bank statements are created.
