Definition
It is often necessary to list the number of paid hours or the hours actually worked in the wage statement for the employee.
The regular paid hours are calculated automatically by the program.
In this field, you enter the form identifier under which the wage types used for the completion of the paid hours calculation are listed. This concerns wage types that contain, for example, only unpaid absences or overtime and do not contain working times or normal hours.
In the standard system, the form indicator BG03 is set up.
The paid hours are then derived by the program. The regular paid hours are adjusted by the number of hours specified here.
The form indicators can be renamed and accessed using the corresponding parameters.
