Documentation
Definition
The reference level of a medical document controls which assignments are allowed or are available.
If you do not select a reference level, then you can assign a patient, a case, movements and/or services to a document. You must always enter a valid patient number. Other assignments are optional.
- Patient (P):
The documents are assigned to the patient, i.e., they involve many cases. All other assignments such as case, movement, service and their organizational units are then deleted.
- Case only (E):
The documents are assigned to a case. A check is made to see whether a CaseNo has been entered. Assignments connected to a case along with movements, services and their organizational units will all be deleted.
- Case (F):
The documents are assigned to a case. A check is made to see whether a CaseNo has been entered. The assignments to movements and/or services will be retained.
- Movement (B):
The documents are assigned to at least one service. A check is made to see whether a movement has been entered.
- <ZHService (L):
The documents are assigned to at least one service. A check is made only to see whether a service has been entered.
