Documentation
Definition
The absence valuation rule describes absences based on the business demands made of absence valuation in payroll.
Use
The absence valuation rule also influences which figures are used for statistical and cost accounting purposes in that it specifies an assignment to particular value categories. Examples of value categories are paid leave, unpaid leave, and unpaid sickness.
Absences can be cumulated according to the value categories for further evaluations in cost assignment, and for statistics and factoring.
