Definition
The employer's contribution is calculated by comparing the actual total contribution and the dummy total contribution.
Use
Possible entries:
<: The employer's contribution is half of the actual total
contribution, but not more than half of the dummy total
contribution.
Expressed as a formula:
ER contribution = 1/2 of minimum (act. total contr.;dummy
total contribution.
Minimum is the smaller of the two values.
>: The ER contribution is half of the actual total
contribution, but at least half of the dummy total
contribution.
Expressed as a formula:
ER contribution = 1/2 of minimum (act. total contr.;dummy
total contribution.)
Minimum is the larger of the two values.
0: The employer pays no contribution.
Blank: The ER contribution is half of the actual total
contribution.

You can determine the actual amount that the employer has to pay by using your entries in the employer's contribution field.
You can determine how much of the employer's contribution is tax free by using your entries in the tax free employer's contribution field.
If the employer's contribution exceeds the tax free employer's contribution, a net iteration is triggered and the difference is calculated.
In the tax calculation the difference amount results in a derived income.
