Definition

This is the amount which the employer has to pay to the employee to
contribute in the costs of his commuting expenses ( i.e. the cost of
travel between his home and his workplace).

This contribution is obligatory for workers. For clerks it is obligatory if he earns less then a specific amount.
The contribution is calculated on the official price of a train ticket.
These prices are published every year in a paper. (Het Staatsblad / Le Moniteur).
These prices make a distinction between yearly, quarterly, monthly .... In this field we take into account the price of one week.
