Definition
Determines the key date(s) on which the Dynamic Eligibility Check report evaluates the eligibility of employees within the report period. For all periods other than Days, the key date is the last day of the selected period.
If more than one evaluation key date falls within the report period, the report checks eligibility for each of these days. An employee must fulfill the conditions on each of the days in order to be eligibile.
Use
Dependencies
The period of time that you specify for the cumulation of daily balances determines the reference period for evaluation on the key date.
Examples
An employee must work 1000 hours from hiring in order to become eligible, and the evaluation period Months is chosen. If the Dynamic Eligibility Check report is run for the period from May 27 to June 2. The hours worked by the employee from the hire date to May 31 are evaluated.
