Definition
Specifies the minimum number of hours that an employee must work in order to attain a certain length of service equivalent.
Use
The system compares the actual hours cumulated for an employee with the entries that you make here and identifies the highest minimum number of hours step that is equal to or less than number of actual hours. It then reads the equivalent length of service.
