Use
Set this indicator if you want to graduate cost depending on the coverage elected by an employee. You define the coverage ranges to which different costs apply as a Step limit in the cost rules.
Example
In the Life Insurance plan, the first $100,000 of coverage costs a certain amount. Any coverage above the step limit of $100,000 is more expensive.
