Use
During an initial enrollment, eligibility dates can be determined for plans with fixed eligibility conditions, and enrollment can therefore take place immediately, with records created as of the eligibility date. However, this is not the case for dynamic eligibility, and employees therefore cannot be enrolled in advance for plans where dynamic eligibility conditions apply.
In order to register the fulfillment of dynamic eligibility conditions in such a way as to make this visible to clerks (and employees using ESS Enrollment), a special Adjustment Reason record (infotype 0378) is automatically created by the Dynamic Eligibility Check report when it determines that the conditions are fulfilled. This adjustment reason appears in Enrollment, indicating that the employee can be enrolled.

Examples
You offer a retirement plan that requires 6 months' service before an employee can enroll. In the relevant dynamic eligibility conditions, you assign a special adjustment reason PNEL "Pension eligibility". This reason is visible in Enrollment once the conditions are fulfilled by an employee.
